Personal Injury Counsel is a legal advertising and lead-generation service. We help accident victims across the United States connect with participating personal injury attorneys for a free case review.

What we do

We operate educational content and intake tools focused on motor vehicle accidents — car crashes, truck collisions, motorcycle injuries, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, rideshare and bus incidents, hit-and-run claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist disputes, DUI victim cases, distracted driving injuries, and rear-end collisions. When a visitor requests a free case review, we share the inquiry with participating legal partners who handle cases of that type in the relevant state.

How we make money

Participating legal partners pay advertising and marketing fees to appear in our program. We do not charge consumers. Our compensation is structured as advertising fees rather than per-case referral payments, consistent with ABA Model Rule 7.2 and comparable state attorney advertising rules.
